I had to park in downtown Roseburg yesterday. There was good evidence that we were not in San Francisco, to wit:
1) There was a parking space available
2) The meter accepted all kinds of coins, but not cards
3) 25 cents got 75 minutes of parking
4) there's no evidence that anybody gets upset if the meter runs out
Kinda nice here.
